About the RoleThe Primary Class Teacher will create engaging and meaningful learning experiences that promote strong literacy communication and analytical skills The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm for teaching a commitment to student success and the ability to adapt to living and working in a new cultural environment
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver effective lessons aligned with curriculum guidelines
- Support students in developing reading writing speaking and critical thinking skills
- Use varied instructional methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Assess student learning through assignments projects and examinations
- Provide timely constructive feedback to support continuous academic growth
- Build a positive respectful and inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and instructional practices
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress
- Engage with parents and guardians to discuss student development
- Participate in school events extracurricular activities and professional development

Required Qualifications- Bachelor s degree in Primary Education, or a related subject
- Recognized teaching qualification for secondary education i.e. PGCE or
B.Ed - Previous experience within Primary education
- Strong understanding of English curriculum standards and assessment practices
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Ability to adapt to a new cultural and professional environment
- Commitment to fostering respect for local customs and cultural values
- Nice to Have Experience teaching in the Middle East or within an international school setting
- Familiarity with Canadian curriculum frameworks
- Advanced degree in English or Education
