Position Overview
We are welcoming expressions of interest from outstanding High School Business & Economics Teachers interested in joining Dubai American Academy from August 2027
.
We are particularly keen to hear from experienced American curriculum and/or IB educators who are passionate about academic excellence and inspiring confident, curious learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and interactive Business & Economics lessons to high school students, following the school's curriculum and educational standards.
- Develop and implement creative and effective teaching strategies to inspire a love for Business & Economics and foster critical thinking skills.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Ensure continuity in the delivery of curriculum content.
- Differentiateinstructionto meet the diverse learning needs of students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that encourages curiosity and exploration.
- Participate in parent-teacher conferences andmaintainopen communication with parentsregardingstudent progress.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school through enrichment opportunities and professional learning.
