Due to the continued success of GEMS Founders School, Al Mizhar, we are looking to recruit an outstanding English Teacher to join our team for an immediate start.

The English Department at GFM is a high performing and ambitious team, committed to developing confident communicators, critical thinkers and lifelong readers. Our students achieved particularly strong outcomes at IGCSE, with 87% achieving grades 9-7 in English as a Second Language, 80% achieviving grades 9-7 in English Literature and 47% achieving grades 9-7 in English Language. English is also one of our strongest Sixth Form subjects, with over 75% of students achieving A*-B and over 70% achieving A*-C.

The department has also achieved an outstanding attainment measure based on KHDA criteria, relfecting its strong culture of academic excellence and progress.
