Classroom Assistant
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the classroom teacher in delivering daily lessons and learning activities.
- Support students individually and in small groups to enhance their learning and classroom participation.
- Help prepare teaching materials, classroom displays, and educational resources.
- Supervise students during classroom activities, recess, field trips, and other school events as required.
- Encourage positive behaviour and assist in maintaining a safe, inclusive, and well-organised classroom environment.
- Provide additional support to students with varying learning needs under the guidance of the classroom teacher.
- Assist with classroom organisation, record-keeping, and administrative tasks.
- Support the implementation of school policies, safeguarding procedures, and health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other school staff to promote student well-being and academic success.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development programmes as required.
