• Deliver engaging English lessons at the academy and at students’ homes.
• Develop individualized lesson plans based on students’ levels, needs, and academic goals.
• Support students in improving their speaking, reading, writing, grammar, and overall English proficiency.
• Prepare teaching materials, assignments, and assessments.
• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and the academic team.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, lesson delivery, and student performance.
• Travel to students’ homes using the transportation provided by the academy, including a dedicated vehicle and driver.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high teaching standards and ensure student satisfaction.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the academy’s educational programs.

• Bachelor’s degree in English, English Language Teaching, Education, or a related field.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic, with the ability to explain English concepts clearly to Arabic-speaking learners.
• Previous experience teaching English, preferably in the UAE or GCC region.
• Strong lesson-planning, classroom-management, and student-assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to different ages, abilities, and learning styles.
• A positive, interactive, and student-centered teaching approach.
• Flexibility to work at the academy and provide home tutoring sessions across Abu Dhabi.
