Prep School Inclusion Teacher

Brighton College Al Ain Al Ain - Abu Dhabi

Brighton College Al Ain seeks to appoint an enthusiastic, skilled and dedicated Inclusion Teacher to join our Prep School Inclusion Team from January 2027.

The successful candidate will be passionate about inclusive education and committed to ensuring that all pupils receive the support and opportunities they need to thrive academically, socially and emotionally. Working closely with class teachers, colleagues, families and external professionals, they will support the identification of individual learning needs, plan and deliver targeted interventions, and contribute to the development, implementation and review of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and other personalised learning plans.

They will monitor and document pupil progress, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure that appropriate strategies and provision are in place to meet each pupil’s needs. The ideal candidate will be a reflective and compassionate practitioner with excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills, a collaborative approach, and a genuine commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment in which every pupil is encouraged to achieve their full potential.
