An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate, caring and enthusiastic Kindergarten (KG) Teacher to join a growing charter school network in the UAE, with vacancies across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
We are seeking a dedicated early years educator who understands the importance of creating a nurturing, stimulating and engaging learning environment for young children. The successful candidate will support children's academic, social, emotional and physical development through creative, play-based learning experiences that build confidence, curiosity and a strong foundation for future learning.
Important:
Candidates must currently be residing in the UAE and be available to start immediately or at short notice. Applications from candidates based outside the UAE will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that support early childhood development and school readiness.
- Create a safe, welcoming and stimulating classroom environment where children feel confident and motivated to learn.
- Use play-based, practical and interactive teaching approaches to develop early literacy, numeracy and communication skills.
- Support children's social, emotional, physical and cognitive development.
- Differentiate activities to meet individual learning needs and developmental stages.
- Observe, assess and record children's progress, providing appropriate support to help every child reach their potential.
- Encourage creativity, independence, positive behaviour and collaboration through structured activities and play.
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues regarding children's progress and wellbeing.
- Maintain classroom resources and ensure a clean, organised and safe learning environment.
- Follow safeguarding procedures and maintain high standards of student welfare and professional conduct.
Position Requirements
Bachelor,
3+ Years
work experience Candidate Requirements
- A recognised teaching qualification in Early Childhood Education, Kindergarten or a related field.
- A degree in Early Years Education or a relevant discipline is desirable.
- Previous experience teaching KG or Early Years in a school setting.
- UAE or international school experience is an advantage.
- A sound understanding of early childhood development and age-appropriate teaching practices.
- Excellent communication, classroom management and interpersonal skills.
- A caring, patient and creative approach to working with young children.
- The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
- Currently residing in the UAE.
- Available to start immediately or at short notice.
