Cadet Pilot Programme

• Complete a structured two-year training program including ground school, flight simulations, and practical flying training
• Adhere to strict safety protocols, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and regulatory requirements
• Participate in training both within the UAE and overseas
• Work under the mentorship of highly experienced instructor pilots to develop professional flying capabilities

• UAE National
• Aged between 18 and 29 years old
• Minimum height of 160cm
• High school diploma (minimum 80% overall grade) including passing grades in Mathematics and Physics, or a higher education degree
• Minimum IELTS score of 5.5 or EmSAT English score of 1250
• Completion of, or a permanent exemption from, UAE National Service (for males)
• Strong command of written and spoken English
• Passion for aviation and commitment to continuous learning

• Structured career pathway with staged salary increases upon reaching training milestones
• Monthly salary of AED 5,000 during the initial two-year training period
• Salary increases following License Skill Test (LST) and completion of line training (LFUS)
• Opportunity to progress to Senior First Officer (SFO) upon obtaining an Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL)
• Mentorship from industry-leading instructor pilots
