Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, inquiry-based learning experiences that inspire curiosity, critical thinking and global awareness.
- Create an inclusive classroom environment where students feel challenged, supported and empowered.
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all students.
- Assess and monitor student progress, using data to inform teaching and learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and deliver the curriculum and share best practice.
- Build positive relationships with students, parents and colleagues.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school through co-curricular activities, enrichment opportunities and professional learning.
