Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging inquiry-based English/Drama lessons that inspire critical thinking and global awareness.
- Create an inclusive classroom environment where students feel challenged, supported and empowered.
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all students.
- Assess and monitor student progress using data to inform teaching.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop the IB curriculum and share best practice.
- Build positive relationships with students, parents and colleagues.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school through co-curricular activities, school productions, enrichment opportunities and ongoing professional learning.
