United Kingdom: £35,000 – £41,700 per annum
Ireland: €34,000 – €50,000 per annum

Our clients in the UK and Ireland are currently looking to hire fully qualified Solar Electricians to support their rapidly expanding solar PV projects.
Job Description /Key Responsibilities
Install, test, and commission solar PV systems in compliance with safety and quality standards
Read and interpret survey reports, technical drawings, and project specifications
Prepare and load required tools, equipment, and materials for each site
Carry out electrical wiring, inverter installation, battery systems, and related works
Inspect grounding, wiring, and connections to ensure regulatory compliance
Assess site conditions, identify risks, and evaluate system performance
Configure inverters and control systems for optimal efficiency
Maintain high housekeeping standards at customer sites
Complete and submit project documentation accurately
Operate company vehicles safely and maintain cleanliness
Provide clear instructions to customers on system usage and maintenance
Stay updated with solar PV standards and assist in troubleshooting when required
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Solar Electrician (Domestic / Commercial / Industrial)
Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Strong knowledge of electrical safety regulations and solar PV installation practices
UK Applicants: UKVI IELTS or UK NARIC equivalency (mandatory)
Ireland Applicants: IELTS not required
Good communication and customer service skills
Valid four-wheeler driving license preferred
