ADNOC Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Technician - Plant Maintenance in Abu Dhabi, UAE to perform preventive, corrective, and troubleshooting maintenance of plant electrical systems. This Oil and Gas electrical maintenance role ensures high availability and reliability of process facilities through skilled fault diagnosis, HV and LV equipment handling, and strict compliance with ADNOC HSE and operational standards.

• Isolate and energize LV and HV motors, transformers, generators, UPS systems, and electrical circuits as authorized
• Perform electrical fault finding, diagnosis, and troubleshooting of high and low voltage systems
• Complete electrical isolation confirmation certificates and related documentation
• Conduct routine, predictive, and preventive maintenance inspections
• Execute installation, modification, and testing of electrical equipment in line with approved plans
• Identify improvement opportunities and support system modifications
• Verify completed maintenance work and update activity sheets and system records
• Maintain accurate work order history and provide input for method statements and near miss reports
• Update and maintain electrical drawings, records, and documentation
• Ensure full compliance with ADNOC Code of Practices and HSE regulations

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Secondary School Certificate with vocational trade certificate
• Minimum 4 years of experience in maintaining electrical equipment within a large industrial plant, preferably oil and gas
• Experience handling LV and HV electrical systems
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Knowledge of plant safety systems and electrical isolation procedures
