Responsibilities
- Oversee daily electrical operations ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards to safeguard team and project integrity.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of electrical systems, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate and supervise the work of electricians and subcontractors, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Review and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics, translating technical details into actionable tasks for the team.
- A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field to ensure a strong foundational knowledge of electrical principles.
- At least 5 years of hands‑on experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and supervision within commercial or industrial settings.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
