Well Site Leader - Coiled Tubing Drilling

Responsibilities
- Lead all Coil Tubing Drilling and Well Intervention operations at the wellsite.
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies, company procedures, and client requirements.
- Conduct pre-job planning, risk assessments, toolbox talks, and Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
- Supervise mobilization, rig-up, testing, operations, rig-down, and demobilization activities.
- Coordinate with Company Representatives, Rig Managers, Drilling Supervisors, and other service providers.
- Monitor operational performance and minimize Non-Productive Time (NPT).
- Troubleshoot operational challenges and implement corrective actions.
- Verify equipment certification, maintenance status, and operational readiness.
- Oversee the successful execution of:
- Underbalanced Drilling (UBD)
- Managed Pressure Operations (where applicable)
- Milling & Cleanout Operations
- Fishing Operations
- Well Clean-Up
- Acid Stimulation Support
- Sand Cleanout
- Coil Tubing Logging
- Mechanical & Hydraulic Well Interventions
- 10+ years of oilfield experience.
- Minimum 5 years of Coil Tubing Drilling experience.
- Extensive Well Intervention experience.
- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor, Field Specialist, or Site Leader.
- Experience in onshore and/or offshore operations.
- Experience working with International Oil Companies (IOCs) and National Oil Companies (NOCs) is an advantage.
