Service Supervisor III-Cementing

Responsibilities

• Under general supervision, coordinate and oversee cementing service line work at the well site, handling complex hazardous and high‑profile jobs while ensuring quality customer service.
• Manage sales, job design, execution, and follow‑up activities.
• Cross‑train and actively participate in one or more product service lines.
• Plan the job, provide instructions to the crew and equipment, and resolve disputes to approved levels.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with work performed.
• Direct the activities of service operators and coordinate the cleanup, repair, and preparation of equipment for subsequent jobs.
• Plan and perform necessary calculations for the total job at the well site as needed.
• Lead the site crew composed of Halliburton and/or non‑Halliburton employees.
• Evaluate individual performance levels of the crew and train operators to improve their job performance.
• Bear budgetary accountability and directly impact a revenue center and its viability or quality of service through personal contributions.
• Promote safety awareness, environmental consciousness, and compliance with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations.
• Promote and actively participate in the Quality Improvement Process.

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of experience as a Service Supervisor – Cementing II.
• Licensure to drive commercial equipment may be required.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with others.
• Demonstrated proficiency in the operation and maintenance of each type of equipment unit or tool normally used in the product service line.
• Exceptional skills within the service line and specific knowledge of other service functions.
• Capability to meet minimum developmental standards for this job classification.
