We Are Hiring: LEAD MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE ENGINEERJoin us to contribute to a major Oil & Gas maintenance and engineering project
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 2 years (renewable)
Schedule: 48 hours/week – Monday to Friday
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Lead Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will:
Maintenance Engineering & Optimization- Participate in the topo-functional build-up
- Lead the criticality study and prepare assessments
- Perform optimisation studies for non-RCM equipment
- Develop lubrication schedules (individual & global)
- Conduct maintenance plans development, review, and optimization
- Prepare and issue a global maintenance plan, including:
- Running plan
- Lubrication plan
- On-condition monitoring plan
- Maintenance tasks and associated schedules
- Standard maintenance procedures
- Specific maintenance procedures
- Maintenance documents linked to task requirements
- Spare parts strategy associated with maintenance operations
- Condition-based maintenance manual
- Maintenance dossiers
- First-level maintenance activity documentation
- Spading book
- B.Sc in Mechanical (or equivalent)
- 5–12 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance (production installations)
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Experience in multinational environments
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to take ownership and work in a service-oriented environment
- Working language:
English (fluent)
