Client Representative; EMIRATI

This is an exciting 18-month freelance/contract opportunity for an experienced architecture professional to represent the client on a major development project, overseeing delivery from planning through to successful handover while ensuring quality, budget, and project objectives are achieved.

• Act as the client’s representative throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with project goals and delivery expectations.
• Drive project planning activities, including delivery strategies, timelines, governance structures, and risk management processes.
• Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Oversee design development, procurement activities, and construction progress while monitoring quality, cost, and programme.
• Review project updates, technical submissions, risks, and key decisions while providing recommendations to the client.
• Support successful project close-out by managing handover requirements, documentation, and final deliverables.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Architecture background is essential).
• 5–6 years of experience in project delivery, design management, or client-side project representation.
• Strong understanding of design coordination, construction processes, and project delivery requirements.
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi regulations, authority requirements, and approval processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities within a freelance/contract environment.
