- Offshore Rotation: 27/29 days on duty followed by a 27/29-day leave cycle

- Operate offshore platform pedestal cranes of varying jib lengths, types, and handling capacities.
- Safely load, unload, lift, and transfer materials and equipment between offshore platforms and service tugboats.
- Perform crane operations in accordance with approved operating procedures and established offshore safety standards.
- Carry out routine maintenance of various types of offshore platform cranes.
- Ensure crane equipment remains operationally reliable and suitable for assigned lifting activities.
- Understand, comply with, and implement work activities in accordance with BPOMS requirements.
- Conduct lifting operations with close attention to personnel safety, equipment protection, and operational efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with offshore teams during lifting, loading, unloading, and material-transfer operations.
- Identify potential operational or maintenance issues and take appropriate action in accordance with established procedures.
- Maintain compliance with applicable offshore safety, maintenance, and operational requirements.
- Completion of secondary education consisting of 12 years of schooling.
- Possession of an approved and recognised Crane Operator Licence is mandatory.
- Minimum of five years of professional experience operating various types of offshore platform cranes.
- Demonstrated experience carrying out routine maintenance of offshore platform cranes.
- Crane maintenance experience is mandatory for this position.
- Relevant offshore experience is required.
- Ability to understand, comply with, and implement activities in accordance with BPOMS requirements.
- Good communication skills and fluency in English.
- Candidates must also be able to communicate in Tagalog or Bahasa.
- Strong understanding of offshore crane operating procedures and safety requirements.
- Ability to work effectively within an offshore rotational environment.
