Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce HSE policies and procedures
- Conduct site safety inspections and risk assessments
- Ensure compliance with project safety requirements
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety inductions
- Investigate incidents and prepare reports
- Maintain HSE documentation and records
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- NEBOSH IGC certification is mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Safety Officer.
- Previous experience in ADNOC projects is preferred.
- Good knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and permit-to-work systems.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
