QHSE Junior Officer
Responsibilities- Must have work experience in cleaning industry with at least 2-3 years with the following certificates
- Hospital experience mall hospitality
- Develop implement and improve QHSE management systems processes and procedures to support the operations
- Communicates information on the QHSE Management System throughout the organization and promotes HSE awareness through various communication channels i.e. TBT inductions training campaigns flyers discussions emails etc in consultation with all relevant departments
- Prepare QHSE documentation for clients projects as per the requirements and in consultation with the Operations team
- Conduct routine site inspections safety audits and risk assessments across all cleaning sites
- Undertake QHSE inspections internally and with third parties contractors as per the approved inspection program of the company. Follows up on the preventive and/or corrective actions identified during the inspections and monitors the timely closing of the actions in coordination with other departments
- Develop facilitate and review QHSE risk assessments for routine and non-routine activities in consultation with the operations team
- Record QHSE key performance indicators on a monthly basis and issue reports as necessary Suggest and advise changes to ensure continuous improvement on any additional effective KPIs to be added in the system as part of continual improvement
Regular field visits to hospitals malls airports commercial buildings and industrial sites Outdoor and indoor work depending on client location Shift-based operations may require early morning or late evening visits

- Good understanding of cleaning chemicals MSDS COSHH and equipment safety
- 2-3 Years Experience as HSE officer on Site
- Bachelor s degree in any fields of study
- Diploma in Fire and Safety Engineering
- NEBOSH IOSH accredited certification Managing Safely mandatory Certificate to be verify
- Good knowledge of local international legislation and regulations related to HSE
- Driving License
- Certified from OSHAD if any
