Supervise processpre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up activities at project site,ensuring safe execution, operational readiness and completion in accordance with the approved schedule and procedures.

• Lead technicians, operators and subcontractors carrying out dailyprocess commissioning activities.
• Prepare work fronts, testing dossiers, drawings, procedures, tools,PPE, permits and toolbox talks before starting work.
• Supervise chemical cleaning, leak testing, catalyst loading, air orsteam blowing, inerting, package start-up and plant stabilization.
• Inspect systems for operational readiness and ensure LOTO, access control, barricading and SIMOPS controls are implemented.
• Guide operators during plant start-up and monitor flow, level,temperature and pressure to maintain stable operating conditions.
• Support DCS activities involving alarms, trips, logic, interlocks,per missives and overrides.
• Interpret P&IDs, process flow diagrams and control narratives andensure commissioning records are accurate and complete.
• Monitor manpower, progress, tools and spare-part usage and reportconstraints or required recovery actions.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, QA/QC, HSE, vendors andother disciplines to resolve site issues.

• Engineering degree or diploma in Chemical, Process or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of Oil & Gas industry experience.
• Practical field experience in process pre-commissioning, commissioning,plant start-up and stabilization.
• Experience supervising technicians, operators and subcontractors atproject sites.
