The Site Manager
- Electrical (PV) will be responsible for managing and supervising all electrical installations and activities at the solar PV site, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with all technical and regulatory requirements.

- Oversee all electrical works on-site, including the installation of PV modules, inverters, transformers, cabling, and switch gear. Ensure that all activities are executed as per the project plan and specifications.
- Act as the primary point of contact on-site for all electrical-related activities. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution of the project.
- Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure all electrical installations meet industry standards and project requirements. Conduct regular inspections and tests to verify compliance and address any issues promptly.
- Enforce a strict safety culture on-site, ensuring that all electrical works are carried out in accordance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Conduct safety briefings and ensure that all team members and subcontractors adhere to safety protocols.
- Track the progress of electrical installations against the project schedule. Identify any delays or deviations and implement corrective actions to keep the project on track.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the on-site team. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation and commissioning, working closely with the engineering team to resolve them effectively.
- Monitor and control costs associated with electrical works, ensuring that all activities are completed within the allocated budget. Identify cost‑saving opportunities without compromising on quality.
