- Monitor incidents of injury, illness, and other situations within as well as external premises of the warehouse
- Write reports detailing health and safety within the assigned areas
- Design strategies to reduce incidents of illness, environmental accidents, and other issues that may affect public safety.
- Go into the field to investigate environmental accidents and other public safety concerns within the warehouse. They may also assign team members to investigate reported incidents.
- Design training programs to provide safety awareness education.
- Give presentations about current safety hazards to educate others about avoiding health, safety, and environmental hazards.
- Assess risks associated with tools and equipment, jobsites, and work environments within their assigned warehouse areas
- Prepare incident report for any safety related incidents
- Maintain all safety related documents
- Put proper safety related signage to alert personnel working on the floor
- Regular audits the warehouse
- All required health and safety certifications as per Dubai Municipality requirement
- HSE/DHA approved
- Trained in handling critical situations and perform emergency response procedures
- Prior experience in companies with large workforce
- Min 2 yrs experience in the said role
