Job Title: Night Drilling Supervisor
Work Location: Offshore (Abu Dhabi)
Rotation / Leave Cycle: 28 days ON / 28 days OFF
We are seeking an experienced Night Drilling Supervisor to serve as the official company representative at the wellsite during night operations. The successful candidate will oversee offshore jack-up rig drilling activities, ensuring full compliance with safety standards, operational continuity, and seamless shift handovers.
Key Responsibilities- Wellsite Representation: Serve as the company's official representative on-site during night shifts, ensuring strict adherence to drilling programs and safety regulations.
- Shift Handover & Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of night operations, equipment usage, and incidents. Ensure clear, seamless handovers to the Day Drilling Supervisor.
- Operational Coordination: Work closely with wellsite teams and service contractors to manage logistics, design operational procedures, and execute drilling programs smoothly.
- Emergency & Problem Response: Respond promptly to operational challenges or emergencies, implementing safe, effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Department Liaison: Coordinate activities across department units and communicate regular operational status updates to the Head of Drilling.
- Education: Bachelor of Science or Engineering in Petroleum Engineering (or equivalent).

Experience:
Minimum 10 years in the Exploration & Production (E&P) industry as a Drilling Engineer and Supervisor. - Offshore
Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of hands‑on experience specifically as a Night Drilling Supervisor on offshore jack‑up rigs. - UAE
Experience:
Minimum 3+ years of relevant work experience in the UAE oil and gas sector. - Certifications: Valid industry‑required certifications for drilling, completion, and workover operations (e.g., IWCF/WELLSHARP).
- Skills: Excellent command of written and spoken English with strong leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
- Offshore Allowance:(for days worked offshore)
- Air Ticket: Round‑trip economy class ticket provided
- Accommodation: Single status accommodation provided
- Medical: Comprehensive health insurance provided
- Food & Meals: Provided as per company policy
- Working Hours: Offshore: 06:30 – 18:30 (7 days/week) | Onshore (Abu Dhabi): 07:00 – 15:00 (5 days/week)
- Probation Period: 6 months
