Position at iTech Engineering Consultancy.

Job Summary:

Will provide drafting and modeling support to project teams. Requires proficiency in Autodesk software, specifically AutoCAD Civil 3D and Revit. Minimum three years of experience.

Reports to:

BIM Manager.

• Provide CAD drafting, BIM modeling and design support.
• Create Revit families and CAD blocks.
• Obtain work assignments of either specific design elements or CAD drafting from project managers.
• Review all work for completeness and accuracy.
• Use checklists set up for quality control on each project and submit work according to deadlines.
• Provide an accurate accounting of time spent on projects with descriptions for each time entry on a weekly basis.
• Complete printing and plotting requests.

• Timely and accurate preparation of models, shop drawings, etc.
• Provide daily and weekly timesheets.
• Demonstrate a deep interest in learning new skills and knowledge.
• Observe professional ethics.

• Ability to work both independently as well as part of a team.
• Demonstrate effective communication skills.

• A Diploma/Degree in a construction-related field.
• At least three years of Revit experience and AutoCAD experience.
• Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP) Certification.
  
  Understanding of Construction Documentation.
• Knowledge of, and proven practical background in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Autodesk Revit and related Building Information Modeling software.
