Industrial Engineer

Industrial Engineer - Abu Dhabi

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Engineer to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing the production processes and systems to increase efficiency and reduce costs. This includes analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, implementing new methods and technologies, and monitoring performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct time and motion studies to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in production processes
- Develop strategies to streamline production processes, reduce waste, and increase productivity
- Design layouts for production facilities to maximize space utilization
- Implement new technologies, equipment, or methods to improve efficiency
- Analyze data from production runs to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, supply chain, and quality control to ensure smooth operation of production processes
- Create reports and presentations on process improvements and cost savings

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Engineer in a manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and techniques

- Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Kaizen is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Must be able to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously

We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month along with accommodation, visa sponsorship, medical insurance, annual leave, and other benefits. This is a full-time position based in Abu Dhabi.
