Job Title:

Industrial Engineer. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for streamlining production processes and improving efficiency in our manufacturing facility. Your main duties will include analyzing production data, identifying areas for improvement, implementing new systems and methods, and monitoring the overall performance of the production line.

• Conducting time studies and process flow analysis to identify bottlenecks and improve productivity.
• Developing and implementing new production methods and processes to optimize efficiency.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
• Utilizing lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste and improve overall efficiency.
• Evaluating current equipment and making recommendations for upgrades or replacements.
• Creating work instructions, standard operating procedures, and training materials for production staff.
• Monitoring production data to track progress towards goals and identifying areas for improvement.
• Maintaining a safe work environment by adhering to company policies and regulations.

• Bachelor s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Experience with time studies, process flow analysis, value stream mapping, etc.
• Knowledge of project management software is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
