Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI‑powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center.
As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting‑edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.
The Maneuver Dominance team at Anduril develops operationally relevant, multi‑asset autonomy. We are focused on making large groups of autonomous systems work effectively together. We leverage existing Anduril drone platforms like Ghost or Altius, in addition to bringing 3rd party platforms into Anduril’s Lattice ecosystem.
ABOUT THE JOBThis is a General Interest application inviting individuals from every corner of the hardware engineering spectrum—from Electro‑Mechanical Design to Integration and Testing—to apply and contribute their skills. We welcome innovative thinkers who value collaboration, continuous learning, and making an impact in technology.
We are seeking diverse skill sets—including Mechanical, Electrical, Systems Integration, Validation & Testing—to join our rapidly growing team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. In this role, you will solve challenges in application development, systems programming, networking, and autonomy, ensuring Anduril products seamlessly integrate to achieve critical mission outcomes. If you have a "Whatever It Takes" mindset—executing expediently, scalably, and pragmatically while making sound engineering decisions—this role is for you.
