Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in the field and possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Analyze current production processes and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement effective strategies to increase productivity and reduce costs
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of projects
• Conduct time studies and establish standard work methods to optimize efficiency
• Monitor production metrics and make recommendations for process improvements
• Train employees on new processes and technologies
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve processes

• Bachelor s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis software such as Excel or Minitab
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present findings to management
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies is a plus

We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month, along with visa and ticket for Indian or Egyptian candidates. English speaking proficiency is required for this role.
