We are currently seeking a Malayalee Chemical Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is a contract position with visa sponsorship and accommodation provided, making it an ideal opportunity for women who do not have English language skills or prior work experience.
As a Chemical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing chemical processes, equipment, and plants. Your main objective will be to optimize efficiency and productivity while ensuring the safety and quality of our products.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct research and perform experiments to develop new chemical processes or improve existing ones
- Design equipment and processes for large-scale production of chemicals
- Troubleshoot issues with production processes and recommend solutions
- Work closely with other engineers and technicians to ensure smooth operation of equipment
- Monitor production processes to ensure they are running efficiently and meeting quality standards
- Develop safety protocols for handling hazardous materials and train other employees on proper procedures
- Maintain accurate records of experiments, tests, and production data
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
- Fluency in Malayalam, Hindi, or any South Indian language is required. English proficiency is not mandatory.
- Previous work experience is not required but would be considered an advantage.
- Must be willing to work on a contract basis.
- Must have a valid visa or be eligible for visa sponsorship.
- Female candidates are preferred due to the nature of the job.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex problems.
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam/Hindi/South Indian language(s).
- Knowledge of chemical engineering principles and processes.
- Familiarity with process simulation software such as Aspen Plus or ChemCAD.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
