Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (mandatory)
- Lead and manage engineering and maintenance-related projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Implement and oversee RCM programs and methodologies.
- Conduct equipment failure analysis and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and technical teams to improve asset reliability.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and progress updates.
- Oversee contractors, vendors, and third-party service providers.
- Monitor project risks and implement mitigation measures.
- Drive continuous improvement in maintenance practices and asset integrity.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (mandatory).
- 8–15 years of experience in Oil & Gas plant maintenance or engineering.
- Proven experience in RCM and reliability improvement programs.
- Strong understanding of maintenance strategies, asset integrity, and equipment health monitoring.
- Experience in managing engineering or maintenance projects in Oil & Gas facilities.
- Knowledge of API, ISO, OSHA, and other international standards is an advantage.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on reliability.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management tools and CMMS systems (e.g., SAP PM).
- Strong leadership and decision‑making skills.
- PMP
- RCM / Reliability Engineering Certification
- NEBOSH / IOSH (for safety awareness)
