PMC Senior Piping Engineer

Wood is currently recruiting for an experienced PMC Senior Piping Engineer for ADNOC Onshore client within our Oil, Gas & New Energies business. Due to the nature of the projects and client expectation, the position will be based full time at client office in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Engineering Specialist with a proven track record in managing and coordinating engineering projects, ensuring they meet technical specifications, safety standards, and project timelines for a high-profile client.

• Creating and developing detailed designs for piping systems that meet project specifications and industry standards.
• Managing piping engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Ensuring all piping designs and installations comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
• Conducting thorough quality checks and inspections to ensure piping systems are reliable and safe.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, architects, and construction personnel, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Providing technical expertise and support during the installation, testing, and commissioning of piping systems.
• Implementing innovative design solutions and staying updated with the latest advancements in piping technology.
• Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them during the design and installation phases.
