Key Responsibilities:

- Develop architectural designs and plans for various projects, including commercial, residential, and industrial buildings - Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information and assess project feasibility - Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure that project designs meet all requirements and specifications - Prepare and present project proposals and reports to clients and stakeholders - Oversee the construction process and ensure that all work is carried out according to the approved plans and specifications - Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion - Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all work meets industry standards and regulations - Manage project budgets and resources effectively to ensure cost-efficiency - Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in architectural design and construction techniques

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management - Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards - Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural design software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong project management and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget We
