Quantity Surveyor – Infrastructure

Réalis are currently looking for experienced Quantity Surveyors to join our team to work on newly awarded projects across varying sectors and various locations within UAE. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team on high profile projects within the UAE.
Commercial Contract Administration, including re-measurement, interim and final account payment, application assessments, monthly cost reports, variations, contractor claims, provisional sums, prime costs, nominated sub-contractors, insurances and bonds management, attendance of design and commercial meetings, etc.
Qualifications- Previous experience of FIDIC contracts preferred.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognised university.
- Minimum 5 years post-degree relevant experience in contracts and commercial management.
- Experience in one of the following key sectors: hospitality, residential, buildings, infrastructure, etc.
- Must have consultant and/or client background for a minimum of 4 years.
- Knowledge in the use of QS software Cost X or similar is required.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Possess good project background and proven English language technical writing ability and skills.
