Senior Civil Engineer
Position at Penspen – onshore projects in the oil and gas sector.
We are hiring a Senior Civil Engineer with strong experience in FEED and Detailed Design phases of oil and gas projects.
Key Responsibilities- Perform civil and structural engineering activities during FEED and detailed design phases.
- Develop and review design calculations, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Ensure compliance with international codes, standards, and client requirements.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to support integrated project delivery.
- Review vendor and contractor documents and provide technical input.
- Support constructability reviews and address design queries.
- A bachelor's degree in civil or related engineering.
- Minimum of 15–20 years' relevant experience in oil & gas (including 5 years in the GCC region).
- At least five years of experience in a similar position for international major oil & gas or petrochemical projects.
- Experience with major onshore projects.
- Experience in concept study, FEED, design and detailed engineering.
