** Role Summary**:  You will manage design and technical delivery of roads and highways for confidential regional infrastructure programmes.
** Requirements**:
* 10+ years roads/highways design experience
* Civil 3D / MX / Open Roads experience
* Technical leadership and multidisciplinary coordination
* BS degree in Civil Engineering is required
