Assembly, Repair, Maintenance & Overhaul Electro-mechanical Technician - Wireline

The Wireline services product line offers a complete range of downhole well logging technology and services for every environment. As an Electro Mechanical Technician, you will troubleshoot, test, assemble, disassemble and perform the visual inspection of electro-mechanical assemblies. Whilst assisting in repairing and modifying non-conforming equipment, you will perform all test with minimal instruction. You will provide technical support across the business whilst complying with HS&E policies.

• Troubleshooting, testing, assembling, disassembling and performing visual inspection of electro-mechanical assemblies.
• Providing coaching for other Technicians.
• Analyzing and interpreting data from environmental tests and troubleshoot equipment problems.
• Performing electro-mechanical assembly, maintenance, and downhole on equipment.
• Following internal HSE policies to ensure safety and compliance.
• Assisting in the set-up of experiments and the recording of experimental data in collaboration with Engineering and Reliability groups.

• Have a diploma or equivalent in mechanical or electro-mechanical field.
• Have 5 - 7 years of experience in electromechanical wireline.
• Have previous work experience with Baker Hughes.
• Have a Maintenance-related experience in electro-mechanical function.
• Have the ability to conduct basic electrical checks.
