Field Service Technician III
Summary
Troubleshoot, repair, overhaul and maintain rotating equipment while abiding by HSE requirements in gas plant and industrial environments.
Principle Responsibilities and Duties- Lead the troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of gas compressors, gas driven engines, gas processing equipment and gas compression skids controls.
- Perform equipment maintenance as required and assigned by supervisor (may include PMs, checklists, repairs, troubleshooting).
- Communicate with onsite customer to ensure relations are handled professionally.
- Provide supervisor feedback to improve project performance & assist with completing PM reports & other documentation.
- Assist customers with identifying maintenance and repair requirements and select options.
- Perform commissioning of all Enerflex packages through out MEA and Africa regions.
- Handle all required tools, documents, communication, paperwork, reporting required for successful job execution.
- Assist in report writing as and not limited to Failure Analysis report.
- Promote our services and offerings.
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and ensure proper housekeeping on job site.
- Comply with all Enerflex HR, Quality, HSE, and all the Company policies, procedures, processes, work instructions and guidelines.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by Supervisor / Manager.
- Technical or Engineering degree in related field. Minimum 7-10 years of related experience with customer facing exposure.
- Waukesha, CAT and Ariel certifications (including G3600 certification) is a plus.
- Waukesha, Ariel and CAT experience.
- Ability to coach other Employees.
- Able to converse in English. Arabic is a plus.
- Able to work under pressure with limited supervision, team Player, customer oriented, positive and respectful.
- Strong knowledge of PC tools as, not limited to, Microsoft office MS Word and MS Excel.
Working on remote oil & gas sites. Travel from location to another on short notice.
