Field Service Engineer - PQ

What you’ll do:

• Provide first‑class service for the Eaton installed base products and ensure maximum customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Perform UPS commissioning, service/repairs and periodic maintenance for Eaton installed base, covering small 1‑phase UPS to large data‑center UPS up to 1700 kVA.
• Follow up customer agreements and satisfaction through careful planning, execution, documentation and invoicing of service tasks.
• Maintain accurate customer information, technical documentation and invoicing records.
• Support customers with technical questions via phone and/or mail.
• Support colleagues in the Service department and sales with technical knowledge.
• Participate in required training (technical, mandatory by Eaton or by law).
• Responsibly realize service request timing and effectiveness and meet service sales budget realization.
• Lead the Service Engineer team and perform commissioning, service, repair and preventive maintenance on Eaton products.
• Proactively schedule and plan works for the FSEs and actively support performance KPIs.
• Secure timely reporting and technical reports for each work.
• Attend mandatory trainings provided in accordance with Eaton policy.
• Act in line with Eaton guidelines, processes and code of ethics.
• Cooperate with Project Managers on project scheduling and commissioning.
• Offer support for high‑profile clients, providing technical advice and attending site visits as required.
• Maintain direct links with business units (HPO) in technical issues.
• Actively support Eaton’s Environment, Health & Safety culture.

• Associate Engineer in Electrical.
• 10+ years of experience.

• UPS 1‑phase/3‑phase systems, battery backup, emergency supply.
• Communication skills, customer focus, flexibility, ability to work together with different cultures, ability to follow instructions.
