Job Description We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator (Engineering) to join our dynamic engineering team. - Coordinate day-to-day project activities and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules and timelines.
- Ensure project documents are complete, current, and organized properly.
- Liaise with engineering team to facilitate the accomplishment of project tasks.
- Monitor and report on project progress and manage changes to the project scope.
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, preparing agendas and distributing minutes.
- Support the project manager in project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Identify and escalate potential risks and issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate procurement and delivery of materials needed for project execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives successfully.
- Maintain effective communication and foster cooperation among project participants.
- Track project expenditures and ensure projects remain within budgetary constraints.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in project coordination within engineering sectors.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
- Adept problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in execution.
