QHSE Engineer

Overview

Dome is hiring a QHSE Engineer to serve as the QHSE Focal Point
, acting as the technical and administrative bridge between Head Office and project sites. This role ensures our Integrated Management System (IMS) is implemented consistently and aligned with the high-precision requirements of E&I and EPC projects
, including ISO compliance and ADNOC-level client specifications
.

• Lead internal review and approval of high-risk Method Statements and Risk Assessments for E&I, mechanical, and civil works.
• Develop Project Quality Plans (PQP) and Inspection & Test Plans (ITP) tailored to EPC contract requirements.
• Maintain and continuously improve the IMS in line with relevant standards (ISO and applicable technical standards).
• Own the lifecycle of ISO audits (9001, 14001, 45001), including scheduling, evidence management, and NCR/CAR closure tracking.
• Act as the technical focal point for QHSE in tenders, prequalification, and client submissions

• Consolidate QHSE KPIs from sites into HO reporting and dashboards; support Management Review Meetings with trend analysis.
• Coordinate investigations for major incidents and near-misses, ensuring strong RCA and “Lessons Learned” communication.
• Support QHSE digitalization and document control transition into structured workflows/tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering

• NEBOSH IGC or Diploma
  .
• 8+ years QHSE experience, including ISO internal audits; 5+ years in UAE Oil & Gas or Power sectors.
• Strong knowledge of E&I standards
  , Hazardous Area Classifications
  , and regional requirements such as ADNOC COPs / OSHAD
  .
• Willingness to travel frequently to project sites across Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
