Site Foreman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site-Based Foreman to join our dynamic team on a major Oil & Gas EPC project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site supervision, construction coordination, and team leadership within the oil and gas sector.

As a Foreman you will:

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure timely and quality execution of works.
• Lead and manage construction crews, subcontractors, and site logistics.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, project specifications, and quality requirements.
• Monitor progress and report to the Site Manager and Project Engineers.
• Resolve site issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Must have at least a Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a foreman in Oil & Gas EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Relevant certifications in safety and construction management are a plus.
