Sr. Engineer Asset/SPIR coordination

The Senior Engineer – PMCSr. Engineer Asset /SPIR coordination is responsible for managing asset data, coordinating SPIR (Safety & Process Information Records), and ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and timely delivery of engineering and asset information across the asset lifecycle. The role supports safe operations, regulatory compliance, and effective decision-making for oil and gas facilities.
- Coordinate and manage SPIR (Spare Parts & Interchangeability Record) activities for oil & gas assets.
- Review and validate SPIR data from OEMs and vendors for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure standardization and interchangeability of spare parts across assets.
- Liaise with engineering, maintenance, procurement, and operations teams.
- Maintain and update SPIR databases and asset records.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, company standards, and OEM requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related discipline).
- Minimum 15years of experience in procurement and expediting within EPC or PMC projects.
- Minimum 5 years offshore Project Experience is Mandatory
- Proven experience working in PMC / Client representative roles.
- Strong background in oil & gas and energy
- Strong hands-on experience in SPIR coordination and asset information management
- Experience working with EPCs, vendors, and operating companies
