We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Subsea/Offshore Pipeline Engineer to join our team for upcoming offshore projects. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 15 years of hands-on experience in FEED
, detailed engineering
, pre-commissioning
, construction
, and installation of subsea and offshore pipeline systems. This role demands deep technical expertise, a solution-driven mindset, and the ability to lead multi-disciplinary engineering efforts in high-pressure project environments.
Lead and contribute to FEED and detailed design of offshore pipeline systems (rigid and flexible).
Oversee and review engineering deliverables
, including pipeline routing, stress analysis, span assessment, and material selection.
Coordinate pre-commissioning activities such as pigging, hydrotesting, and dewatering.
Support and supervise onshore and offshore construction
, installation, and commissioning activities.
Ensure compliance with industry codes and standards (e.g., DNV, API, ASME).
Manage engineering interfaces with subsea structures, risers, and shore crossings.
Review vendor and subcontractor documentation and ensure alignment with project requirements.
Prepare technical reports, specifications, and risk assessments.
Work closely with project managers, procurement teams, and clients to ensure deliverables are met on schedule and within budget.
Support HSE and QA/QC compliance throughout all project stages.
RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Offshore Engineering.
Minimum 15 years of offshore/subsea pipeline engineering experience.
Strong knowledge of FEED, detailed engineering, and installation of offshore pipelines.
Experience with
pre-commissioning and commissioning activities in live field environments.
Proficient in relevant software (e.g.,
Offpipe, Caesar II, Orca Flex, AutoPIPE, SAGE Profile
).
Familiar with international pipeline design codes (e.g., DNVGL-ST-F101, API 1111, ASME B31.4/8).
Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
Ability to work in offshore conditions when required.
Rotation: 56 / 26 (salary paid during working period only)
Location: Offshore (with periodic onshore coordination)
Salary: AED 30,000/month (paid during working period only)
