Overview
The Project / Process control and Strategic sourcing Engineer. (PCSE) shall be responsible for assisting Project Manager and for Engineering section process standard and awareness, and for strategic sourcing of Engineering requirements. General contract review and invoice compliance with the Engineering support and Maintenance contracts. Business Process Re-engineering, Standards Development for all PF Engineering division, including Corporate Strategic Program as well as any such similar efforts in a time bound manner, adhering to the cost controls and objectives set by PF Leadership.
Qualifications/RequirementsEssential:
- B.Sc. Degree in Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent
- Gen Fam training on at least two of PF fleet aircraft types
Project Management Professional course (PMI Certification not essential)
Experience & KnowledgeEssential:
- 5 years’ experience as a Program Manager or 10 years’ experience as a Program Coordinator
- Awareness of FAR/CS Part-25 airworthiness standards
- Awareness of CAR-21 or FAA/EASA Part 21J & 21G Certification rules. A Good understanding of FAA & EASA STC Certification Procedures is necessary
- Awareness of CAR M requirements
Desirable:
- 5 years’ experience on two Presidential Flight aircraft types
- Previous Experience in Tech Services/Development function with airline/operator/maintenance provider
- Experience in overseeing major projects within airline / flight department
- Engineering design experience with particular emphasis on VIP aircraft interiors
Essential:
- Fluent in oral and written English
- Good communication skills
- Ability to effectively coordinate & manage between multiple stakeholders
- Excellent People Management Skills
Desirable: Fluent in oral and written Arabic
