Supervisor Instrumentation & Control

Abu Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced Supervisors (Mechanical) with a strong background in Oil & Gas projects
. The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of experience in supervising works, preferably within ADNOC or similar environments.

• Supervise Instrumentation & Control construction activities in line with ADNOC standards, project specifications, and HSE requirements.
• Oversee installation of field instruments, impulse tubing, junction boxes, marshaling panels, and control panels.
• Supervise cable laying, glanding, termination, and earthing works.
• Monitor installation and testing of DCS, PLC, ICSS, ESD, F&G, HIPPS and associated control systems.
• Review and approve ITRs, MIRs, WIRs, and as-built documentation.
• Ensure loop checking, calibration, and functional testing activities are executed correctly.
• Coordinate with EPC contractors, vendors, and commissioning teams.
• Support pre-commissioning, commissioning, and system handover activities.
• Participate in walkdowns, punch listing, and closure of I&C punch items.
• Ensure strict compliance with PTW, SIMOPS, and HSE procedures.

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in relevant Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Previous ADNOC project experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of site execution, QA/QC, and safety practices.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.
