Réalis is currently looking for experienced Quantity Surveyors to join our team to work on multiple projects across varying sectors and locations within the UAE. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team on high‑profile projects.
Commercial contract administration, including re‑measurement, interim and final account payment application assessments, monthly cost reports, variations, contractor claims, provisional sums, prime costs, nominated sub‑contractors, insurance and bond management, and attendance of design and commercial meetings.
Qualifications- Previous experience of FIDIC Contracts preferred.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognised university.
- Minimum 5 years post‑degree relevant experience in contracts and commercial management.
- Experience in one of the following key sectors: hospitality, residential, buildings, infrastructure etc.
- Minimum 4 years of consultant and/or client background.
- Knowledge of QS software such as CostX or similar.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Proven English language technical writing ability.
