Duration13 months (Extendable)
Hours/rotation:Rotation of 60 days on siteand 10 days off (paid) & 2 days traveling (paid).
Salary range:Excellent salary package with benefits.
Single Status.
Accommodation (Meals) provided by the company.
Transportation provided bythe company.
Round trip ticket on each rotation (Economy class).
- Reportto the HSM or, while he / she is the TCM HSE representative at site, and reports to the Site Manager.
- Verifiesand ensures that all field activities are performed according to the TCMHSE policy, the regulations, standards and procedures, promoting allpreventive and corrective action as required.
- Responsible for inspecting, testing complianceensuring the quality, safety, and compliance of mechanical equipment and systems according to applicable codes, standards, and projectspecifications.
- Conduct inspections of mechanical equipment such as pumps, compressors, pressure vessels, piping systems, valves,and HVAC units.
- Witness and verify performance and pressuretests (e.g., hydrostatic, pneumatic).
- Ensure proper installation and alignment of mechanical systems.
- Ensures equipment and installations comply with relevant codes and safety standards and requirements.
- Verify that materials and fabrication orrepairs meet design and regulatory requirements.
- Review and verify equipment documentation:drawings, datasheets, certificates, and test reports.
- Maintain detailed inspection records and issueinspection reports and non-conformance reports (NCRs) as required andpush for resolution and re-inspection/confirmations.
- Ensure safe inspection practices, especiallywhen working on pressurized or high-temperature equipment.
- Report unsafe conditions or equipment defectsthat could pose risks.
- Crane inspection is a critical process toensure lifting equipment is safe, functional, and compliant with regulatory standards. It involves checking mechanical, structural,electrical, and safety components of a crane, whether mobile, tower,overhead, or crawler.
- ABachelor’s Degree in any Engineering Course.
- Minimum
10 years’ experience. - Relevant experience in 3 major EPC projects; oil & gas, petrochemical sector.
- Holdinga NEBOSH GC/IGC certificate is an advantage.
- Diplomain safety or any other HSE Certification (considered at ADNOC Groupdiscretion).
- ADNOCapproval will be added advantage.
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail,management skills.
Team-oriented skills,self-motivation and direction, with strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution.
