Purpose
- Reports to the Service Project Manager and is responsible for managing the IMR Division (Inspection Maintenance and Repair) for UAE customers that includes - but not limited to:
- Coordination of receipt of equipment, inspection and disposition
- Estimating costs and preparing quotations
- Creating Service Orders and planning resources to meet customer requirements
- Communication and negotiation with customers and suppliers
- Conducts planning and is responsible for execution of MMR, IMR, and Refurbishment of customer and company owned assets from quote to cash
- Communicates the technical scope of work to the appropriate party in order to facilitate execution of the service job
- Manages entry and releases of sales and service orders in order to meet customer demands
- Recommends the sources of the components (to make or to buy) per current operation sourcing strategy and enters into the system
- Maintains and updates the execution plan for projects
- Monitors the flow of equipment through the service process, establishes and maintains KPI’s and performance metrics for throughput
- Generally, assists service team in prioritization efforts
- Analyzes supply and demand of inventory and long‑lead parts and takes corrective actions as needed to alleviate schedule impacts or excess inventory
- Recommends improvements to the current working methods, processes, and procedures
- Works autonomously in day‑to‑day tasks
- Monitors the flow of inventory throughout projects
- Proposes and recommends modification to current methods and procedures
- REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE / FORMAL
EDUCATION:- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Diploma or equivalent experience
- REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- 1‑3 years’ experience with surface wellhead or other pressure control equipment in the Oil & Gas industry, preferably with field service experience

- REQUIRED INTERPERSONAL
SKILLS:- Excellent interpersonal, negotiating, writing and presentation skills. Good English essential, Arabic an advantage
