• Support the subcontracting process from pre‑award to post‑award stages
• Assist in preparation and issuance of tender packages for subcontracted services
• Ensure compliance with Wood procedures, policies, and commercial standards
• Maintain accurate subcontract records, documentation, and correspondence
• Support senior team members in negotiation and clarification meetings
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Supply Chain function

• Prepare and issue Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Request for Proposal (RFP) packages
• Coordinate technical and commercial bid evaluations with relevant stakeholders
• Assist in drafting subcontract documents, agreements, and amendments
• Maintain subcontract registers, logs, and documentation in accordance with company systems
• Monitor subcontractor performance, progress, and compliance
• Support resolution of subcontract‑related queries and issues
• Liaise with project teams, legal, finance, and other departments as required
• Support the close‑out process including final account agreements and documentation

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• 0‑2 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or subcontracts (internships included)
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Basic understanding of contractual and commercial principles
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Ability to work accurately with attention to detail
